• This experience is two hours in duration.

• Participants must be able to swim
• No experience required
• Not suitable during pregnancy, or for those with serious medical issues
• Minimum age of 12; maximum weight of 120 kilograms
• One instructor per student or two person group

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum of one and a maximum of two participants.

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Please bring sunscreen, a hat that can get wet, sunglasses, swimming shorts or a swimsuit, a wet shirt, rash shirt or T shirt for sun protection, a wetsuit if you tend to feel the cold, especially during May to October, and a small bag with a bottle of water and snacks if needed.
