Perfectly positioned on a hill, the cellar door offers breathtaking 360 degree views of the bucolic countryside. Guided by Audrey Wilkinson's in-house wine expert, in their gorgeous heritage-listed museum space, enjoy a premium wine tasting followed by three generous fortified tastings direct from the barrel where their wines are maturing. Your premium wine flight is carefully matched with cheeses sourced from some of the region's top artisan producers. Choose a bottle of fortified wine to take home following the experience. After a wander around the museum, find a spot on the expansive verandah or somewhere more private within the 270-acre vineyard and perhaps unwind with a bottle of estate-made wine – the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon.

We had a lovely time enjoying a variety of wines and cheeses and learning about the area. The sommelier was knowledgeable and friendly providing us with a great experience. Gorgeous views from the winery also.

Cheese & Wine Heaven - The Perfect Date

We were tucked into the dreamiest little sunlit corner of Audrey Wilkinson, the dreamy afternoon golden light pouring in surrounded by the vines! A very romantic date location indeed. The Frontier & Fromage experience was lovely, think relaxed sips, creamy cheese, and those quiet mountain views that just help you switch off for a bit.We tasted a selection of Audrey’s beautiful wines (including a few straight from the barrel - so cool!), all perfectly matched with locally sourced fromage. This was an experience to remember. The Audrey team were so warm and knowledgeable, guiding us through each pairing. Highly recommend if you’re craving something slow, scenic, and a little bit delicious ✨

A fantastic experience for couples

This was a wonderful experience for my partner and I. We were met with incredible scenery, greeted with a glass of bubbles and led to a serene tasting area. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and personable and made the experience a real pleasure. I would highly recommend the for locals and folks visiting the Hunter Valley.

our host got his wines mixed up and seemed more interested in what was going around him. We felt like we were intruding on his time and that we were doing him a favour. Defitely something not to do at the hunter valley.

Ummm well we were given a gift voucher that had Guided Wine Flight with Matching Cheese. What flight ! Was misleading as my children bought the voucher thinking possibly a hot air balloon ride was included, particularly as it was purchased red balloon. I’d suggest you change the description as this is misleading The experience we had at the winery was lovely apart from the misleading description
