Celebrations All Around!!

My best friend and I decided we would celebrate our birthdays dining at Italian Eat Street - Parramatta. It was a lovely experience. We were greeted with a smile and seated outside which was lovely. The service is outstanding here and the wait staff so polite and accommodating. Now the food!! My goodness it’s delicious. From the entree to the pizzas and pastas!! Also a nice way to end the night with some tiramisu! Compliments to the chef! A wonderful experience dinning here.

Italian Premium set menu

Had a booking with a RedBalloon voucher. The staff were very friendly checking on us throughout the lunch. The food tasted and presented well. We had issue with given a Premium menu- then advised it was the wrong menu when we went to choose.I queried as we had a voucher for the premium menu. We were assured it was the correct menu- then the menu seemed the same as the lunch time set menu - that was less than what we paid- advised it was bigger serves- which we did get good size serves, Enjoyed the meal then went to leave and were presented with the bill!! Again had to discuss we had a voucher. Overall we had a good time - however the confusion with the menu and then being asked to pay really did make the experience stressful.

Italian Kitchen 3 Course Meal

Excellent service. No issues with reservation from Red Balloon. Seated quickly and plenty of food which was very flavoursome for price. Only blemishes felt a bit rushed as no real break between courses. 90 min seating was over in 60. A better desert could have been offered rather than tiramisu.
