Your blissful journey begins with a tea upon arrival and a brief consultation with your fully qualified and experienced therapist to ensure your treatment is personalised and tailored to any special needs you may have. I recently experienced the 2-hour Pregnancy Package at Prani Glow Day Spa, and it was absolutely wonderful. The session began with a soothing foot soak and scrub that left my feet feeling soft and refreshed. The pregnancy massage was the highlight, with the therapist using gentle, expert techniques that eased all my tension and discomfort. I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The facial was the perfect ending, leaving my skin feeling nourished and glowing. The whole experience was incredibly calming and rejuvenating. I recently enjoyed the Pregnancy Massage, Organic Facial, and Foot Soak - 2-Hour package, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the calm atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel relaxed. The foot soak and scrub were incredibly soothing, the massage helped relieve my prenatal aches and pains and finished off with the facial using gentle natural products feeling refreshed and glowing. This treatment was a wonderful escape, offering a mix of luxury and care that every mother-to-be deserves. I would recommend Prani Glow Day Spa to all my friends and family.

So disappointed, We booked in a near $600 spa treatment for my husband and I to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We had a genuine family emergency and notified them immediately that we were unable to make it due to those circumstances They kept the FULL near $600 dollars!!! (most booking would loose a 20% deposit ) I offered to provide evidence and hospital records of the emergency, we even went so far as to offer to add on extra treatments and pay extra and fit into whatever date and time they had available and they refused ! We asked for some money to be returned ( as most would only pay a 20% ) but they kept the full amount, their communication was also terrible We spoke to a lady at red ballon who tried to advocate for us and contacted them but said they had flat out refused . Do not recommend at all !!!

Staff are lovely and make sure you are comfortable! I organised to have my husband in the room to have a 2hr massage as well. The venue was welcoming, well maintained, clean and had a relaxing vibe. They made sure they covered all your senses to create a great atmosphere! Loved the galaxy projection in our massage room. I usually don't like long massages but had no problems with this one. Very relaxing.

From just walking in, the greeting by the staff was so lovely! The place was so nice inside, super tidy and clean! Both my husband and I had full body massages, mine was a pregnancy massage and we both couldn't have anything but nice things to say! Super relaxing, the oils and products used smelt amazing too.
