• PENGUIN INFORMATION CALENDAR *November : 8:15pm *December : 8:30pm *January 8:45pm *February : 8:30pm *March : 8:00pm *April : 7pm DST (6pm NON DST) *May : 5:30pm *June: 5:15pm *July: 5:45pm *August : 6:00pm *September: 6:15pm *October: 6:45pm NON DST (7:45pm DST)

• Penguin Parade: Depending on the season and the weather, the penguins arrive shortly before sunset
• The Koala Conservation Reserve: 10am - 5pm (last entry at 4:30pm)
• Churchill Island: 10am - 4:30pm (last entry at 4pm)
• Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to closing for last entry.

• The date of your visit to the Penguin Parade must be booked, however you may visit the Koalas and Churchill Island at your leisure
• Transport between the parks is not included

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The Penguin Parade does attract a large number of visitors, so bookings are required.

Casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day and bring something warm to wear as it can get quite cool in the evening
