Splash about in pristine waters and indulge in a dozen of Coffin Bay's finest oysters, along with a seafood deluxe taster consisting of prawns, mussels and abalone whilst your feet dangle in the water and you learn everything there is to know about how Oysters grow.
Taste the freshest Coffin Bay oysters straight out of the water, not to mention a deluxe taster of prawns, mussels and abalone, that is sure to satisfy any seafood lover. But first, get an introduction to what oyster farming is all about as you get as close to the action as possible during an informative tour. You will wade out to the water and sit at the semi-submerged tour deck known as 'The Salt Water Pavilion'. Here your feet will rest gently in the water below as Ben, the expert oyster farmer, shares all the ins and outs of the oyster farming industry. You'll have the opportunity to taste a dozen oysters as part of this tasting, soon coming to understand why they are so famous, as well as a delicious seafood-tasting platter.
There is a minimum of two and maximum of 24 perople per tour.

Please dress according to the weather. You will be seated out in the water, so if its hot, please bring a hat. For winter tours, it would be beneficial to wear warm clothing, and bring a scarf and beanie. Please bring socks to get into/ out of the waders. Please bring a pair of socks to wear in the waders.
