Participants must be over 18 years of age; photo ID is required. We require a physical card for the pre authorisation / Security Bond to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. A valid credit card in the name of the guest on the booking confirmation must be shown upon check-in. A credit card pre-authorization will be processed on the guest’s credit or debit card; this will be released 5 days after the guest’s departure. Pre-authorization charges are as follows: - One Bedroom Apartment: AUD 300 - Cash bonds are not accepted. Minimum check-in age from November 16th to December 03, 2023 is 21 years old due to the annual School Leavers festival.
