If arriving to the motel outside of reception open hours, please contact the motel so that staff can make alternative arrangements for your after hours arrival

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Strictly maximum of one amendment (change of date) permitted once the booking has been made and confirmed with the motel

Great time, very relaxing

Loved the accommodation and location. The hot springs was quite busy and we only stayed about an hour.
