★★★★★ ★★★★★ Not disability friendly Anne Marie Douglas 18 May 2022 I had the saddest and worst experience on the outer reef tour. There was promised help on the pontoon but nobody tried to organise me onto the semi submersible boat. My husband was trying to snorkel and seen he was having extreme difficulty getting flippers on for 1/2 hour till I asked for help for him then by then ran out of time to get on the semi submersible. The lady that was looking after us that day said she couldn't find me I was the only disability person in a wheelchair yesterday. The staff were nice especially David the lifeguard helped us on and off the boat ramp. The captain let me off the boat first. The booking staff need to say its fine for a power wheelchair so I have my freedom. The toilet and outside bottom deck was very accessible and on the pontoon wide ramps up and down the two levels. The boat entry and ramps was definitely wide enough. The lady apologised that she list me offered me cold water and a coaster and said she will address with management RedBalloon null 19 May 2022

Besides the morning and afternoon tea being a bit ho hum we all enjoyed a wonderful day out. The glass bottom boat was great and we saw some beautiful fish, coral and even spotted 2 turtles, the snorkelling was enjoyed by all even my 13 year old who is afraid of fish. She overcame that fear and was diving under the water like a pro. We had a super calm day and the weather was magnificent. Just enough time out at the reef any longer people would have been getting bored. Check in was super easy. Absolute value for money.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ The weather was perfect, the coral was beautiful James 23 December 2020 The checkin in process was a breeze, the staff were friendly and helpful! The boat ride was fantastic, so comfortable! We were very lucky, there was no wind and the in water visibility was at 12m so we could see the bottom even around the deeper areas. The coral was spectacular and there was such an abundance of marine life! I have been to Fitzroy and green island a couple of times and it just doesn’t compare. The quicksilver team are knowledgeable and nothing was a problem! I could not recommend this trip any more highly, we are locals and will go out again with quicksilver!! So awesome !
