• Cruises depart from Circular Quay Wharf 6 from 9:00am daily. Please check the experience providers website for approximate timings. Please note, Taronga Zoo closes at 5pm

• Please Note: Your RedBalloon voucher must be exchanged for cruise tickets and Taronga Zoo entry tickets at Captain Cook Cruises ticket office in Circular Quay before departure (RedBalloon voucher cannot be exchanged at Taronga Zoo)

Your Red Balloon booking confirmation must be exchanged for boarding passes at the Captain Cook Cruises ticket office prior to your cruise. Vouchers cannot be exchanged at Taronga Zoo.
