What's included?

General admission to Moonlit Sanctuary

Located only 50 minutes south-east of the Melbourne CBD, Moonlit Sanctuary is home to over 60 Aussie animals both big and small. With plenty to see and do, Moonlit Sanctuary is perfect for a fun family day out. Meet some of your favourite native animals including dingoes, wombats, koalas, colourful birds and so many more, enjoy a number of keeper talks throughout the day, including the Conservation in Action wildlife show, and feed kangaroos and wallabies at the Wallaby Walk. For an additional cost, snap of photo with your new furry friend during an animal encounter like walking a dingo or petting a koala.

Open 10am-4pm daily, including all public holidays except Christmas Day.

Charming and interactive

[Employee of redballoon] I went on this experience with some friends from out of town and we were all very impressed with how much we were able to interact with the animals. It was also very easy for the less-fit in the group, with no hills or huge distances to navigate. I really liked the emphasis on native species and my partner finally got to fulfil her dream of petting a koala

Great day for the kids to have a run around and enjoy the sun and wildlife. I think a night tour would be amazing and hope to do this next time.

Small but interesting place to visit. Access to fed and interact with animals limited. Other facilities, canteen toilets etc were good.

The staff were very friendly and the array of different local animals was fantastic. Feeding the Wallabies and the Kangaroo's were a highlight. But for a little bit extra, meeting the koala's was well worth it
