Where possible, please notify the experience provider prior to the jump date of any existing medical conditions or illness. Medical conditions which could affect the customer's safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive.

• No experience is required
• Minimum age is 16 years old
• Participants aged 16 to 18 require parent or guardian consent
• Participants should have a basic level of fitness
• Surcharges will occur and are payable on the day, 94kg to 104kgs incur $55 AUD, 105kg to 114kgs incur $80 AUD and 115kgs and over incur $105 AUD
• For safety reasons, the experience provider needs to be advised if you weigh greater than 94kg
• Participants weighing over 105kg will require an additional assessment by the Drop Zone Safety Officer or Tandem Master due to restrictions
• Please note that weight cut off limits apply and vary by drop zone and by day

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

In unsuitable weather conditions the experience may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable to the weather and comfortable, flat, closed in shoes, no boots or high heels.
