• This experience is three hours in duration
• Please arrive at least five minutes prior to departure
• Tours operate twice daily at 10am and 2pm, excluding Sundays

• Not available on public holidays, between December 24 and 01 January, and Easter Friday to Easter Monday inclusive
• Gift vouchers are non refundable but may be transferred into another's name
• Gift vouchers will be redeemable for the tour nominated up to 12 months, and to the dollar value thereafter
• This is a walking tour covering between 2 and 3 km, appropriate footwear is advised
• Tours can be adapted to ensure sufficient wheelchair access with prior knowledge

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• 10% cancellation fee applies

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider.

Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day, with comfortable walking shoes.
