Basic Ferry Ride not a Cruise

First, it felt more like a basic ferry ride than a cruise—no real atmosphere, no sense of an “experience” as advertised. Second, the duration was around 1 hour, not the 2 hours we paid for. Overall, it was very disappointing and did not match the description at all. I feel like I wasted my money. If you’re expecting a proper cruise experience, this is not it.

The sightseeing tour was great .

Nice crew and very helpful. However I have a few suggestions 1.To have a wide sreeen video with subtitles so that the audio commentary can be more understood. 2.The chairs to be more comfortable. 3.To have at least a free drink.

2 hour Melbourne River cruise

Yarra River cruise was not nice. We saw industrial shipping cranes - boring. Then the staff turn off the music - our ears were enjoying something then iit stopped 🎶 You should only have the cruise to nice parts 🛥️
