• This experience is approximately 11 to 13 hours in duration (seasonal)
• Pickup times are either at 9am or 10am, depending on the season
• You will return to the city from approximately 9pm to midnight, depending on the season

Due to limited storage space, large items such as prams, strollers, luggage, wheelchairs, or walkers are not permitted on board.

• Lunch and dinner are not included in the tour price, but there will be opportunities to purchase meals during the day.
• Adult prices apply for ages 16 and above.

• Hotel pick up and drop off is not available for this tour.
• Pick up point: Corner of Market and Flinders Streets, next to the Immigration Museum (400 Flinders Street).
• All our tours are conducted in English however, you can access pre-recorded written & verbal tour information in 16 different languages by downloading the free Go West Tours App from the App Store or Google Play. You can download the app before departure or use our complimentary onboard Wi-Fi. Please bring your own headphones.
• Tour takes place rain or shine.
• Return time for the Melbourne Magic: City Discovery and Penguin Parade Tour: 21:00 to 24:00 (depending on the season).
• Please note that photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade after sunset to ensure the penguins are not disturbed when they are making their way back to their burrows.

If the weather forecast is poor, it is recommended customers bring their own jackets and/or umbrellas.

Here are some recommendations of what to bring for your tour: - Dress according to the weather (we recommend checking the weather app before your tour to pick the best outfit, but keep in mind that Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable. It’s a good idea to wear light clothing along with some warm layers just in case) - Comfortable walking shoes - Refillable water bottle - Snacks (there will be meal stops, but feel free to bring your own if preferred) - Power bank (there are no charging options on the bus or at many stops) - Credit/debit card for any additional purchases
