Guidelines

• No licence or previous experience is required
• All participants must have a good understanding of English to follow safety instructions and communicate with guides
• Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water
• Minimum age to participate is five years old
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian
• Minimum age to drive is 16 years old
• Combined weight per jet ski must not exceed 180kg
• Not suitable for pregnant participants or those with back or neck injuries
• No alcohol or drug use is permitted before or during the activity

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum group size is one jet ski, maximum group size is eight jet skis.

Weather

This experience is weather dependent and may be rescheduled or cancelled in the event of unsafe sea or wind conditions. Safety is the experience provider's top priority. If your tour is cancelled due to adverse weather, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Dress Code

Please bring your swimmers, some casual clothes, sunscreen, and a towel.
