Once you are happy with your blend, you will bottle it up ready to take home - a cherished memento of your winemaking prowess. Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or just starting on your wine journey, this unique blending class is the perfect experience to enjoy in Pokolbin.

Important information

This is a 90 minute hands-on blending experience, operating daily at 10:30am, excluding public holidays.

  • Participants must be over 18 years of age
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The minimum number of participants is 2 and the maximum is 14.

Spectators are not permitted due to limited space.

This event is indoors and unaffected by the weather.

Casual, comfortable clothes, and closed shoes are required.

Great Experience

Our daughter gave this experience to my husband and I as a gift. We really enjoyed the experience. Declan gave us a rundown on the grape to wine process and how to get to know what to look for in a wine. We were able to blend the wine to our taste and take our custom bottled wine home. We enjoyed doing something different and enjoyed driving around the Hunter. Thanks Declan for the experience and thank you to our daughter for giving us some memories.
