Session Length

This experience runs Thursdays to Sundays
Start times at 9:00am, 9:15am, 9:30am, 9:45am, 10:00am, 10:15am, 10:30am, 10:45am, 11:00am, 11:15am or 11:30am.
The starting time is when you need to be at your first location in the Macedon Ranges which is revealed the evening before
The experience usually takes approx 4-4.5 hours to complete, including enjoying your picnic

Guidelines

The picnic can be completely gluten-free, lactose-free/dairy-free or vegetarian/vegan at no extra cost - please advise any dietary requirement when booking
The picnic can also cater to pregnancy requirements and nut allergies when requested however please note that whilst the provider does their very best to comply with any dietary requirement requests, all food items are prepared by third-party suppliers. Therefore, they cannot guarantee all requests will be completely free of that particular product or allergy. Consequently, it is recommended reconfirming your dietary requirements and/or allergies with the staff at each mystery stop.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Minimum group size is two people and the maximum is 10.

A wonderful day out exploring the regional area of the Macedon Ranges, visiting and enjoying the yummy food from the friendly staff from the many local produce stores. With lots to eat you don’t go hungry.
