Session Length
- We do not operate any tours on Christmas Day, New Years Eve
- All overnight tours are unavailable from the 24th of December 2019 until and including the 09th of January 2020
- This experience is 2 days in length

Guidelines
- Please provide information on any allergies, dietary requests
- If you are a single traveller please contact us before making a booking to make sure that tour can be confirmed as we have a minimum of 2 adult passengers to operate tour.
- If you are planning to book within 14 days from departure date please contact us directly to make sure that we are able to offer your prefered travel date
Cancellation
Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
- Over 2 weeks prior to the experience date: No charge
- 48 hours to up to 2 weeks prior to the experience date: $50 per person participant fee to change the experience date and time
- Within 48 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book
- Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
- Change of participant is not permitted
Numbers on the Day
Minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 passengers on each tour.
Weather
The tour provider reserves the right to amend and alter itineraries and accommodation when necessary. This might be the case in severe weather conditions; ie bushfire threat, storms etc.
Dress Code
Please dress for various weather conditions. Pack for an overnight stay. Bring sunglasses, hat and sunscreen. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
