Good experience and location

The experience was nice with the added champagne and chocolates. Apartment was 2 bedroom and was nice and spacious. Shame we were only on the pool level (2) as the view would have been a lot better higher up. Also a bit disappointed to be asked to move out early as they had another booking even though the package did include a 12 noon checkout. This was a bit difficult as they only gave us an hours notice that morning and we were still at Noosa when they rang!! They did advise us that the 12 noon checkout was "only if available" even though I never saw that mentioned when I booked it on Red Balloon. Must have been in the very fine print. Anyway, overall it was very nice.

Incredible accommodation, and the little touches

This experience was amazing from beginning to end. An incredible room, gorgeous champagne and chocolate too. But what made it great was the little touches. We needed a Portacot because our infant daughter had to come with us. I have had Portacots before from many hotels, but not like this. Oceans were the only ones who made it up complete with little sheets and blankets, like a cute little bed. It was adorable and soft for our little girl and made me smile. The room was just incredible, photos do not do it justice. And the staff were great! Highly recommend this. Was a great staycation for us!

Beautiful apartments. All you could want to have a relaxing getaway. Facilities excellent. Location perfect. Great view of the ocean. Close to shops and restaurants.

Great hotel and in a super location and well appointed. Right on the beach with every shop you could need nearby. No need for a car! You could walk everywhere and there were many choices on where to eat. THANK YOU!
