Luxury Kangaroo Point Picnic - Brisbane - For 2

• This experience is 90 minutes in duration
• Your picnic stylist will send you a text message 30-minutes prior to the start of your picnic with a pin drop showing exactly where they have you set up
• Please allow enough time to find a park or walk to your picnic spot from your drop-off location
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to your desired time and date.

• Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
• Please advise of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking
• Please advise your drink preference
• Let us know what personalised message you’d like written in the chalkboard

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

As this is an outdoor experience it is weather dependent. If your picnic is likely to be affected by the weather you will be contacted several days prior to discuss whether you would like to postpone your picnic. In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to postpone an event. TVPC reserves the right to postpone an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee. If you choose to go ahead and the weather hasn't improved, then you will be given the option for us to come and set up in a wet weather backup location within 10 km or postpone your picnic, which may incur a $40 penalty.
