★★★★★ ★★★★★ LUNCH CRUISE ELENA 16 September 2024 Not very happy with the organisation of staff to make sure people were getting their meals. Were told to sit until we were called table by table to get our food. Vessels left at 12.30 and foods was not dished out until at least 1pm. People were going back for seconds while people on our side had not been told to get up to get our food. It wasn't until we made a comment twice to waiter staff that were serving food that the people that already had a meal while we were still waiting to be called up. By this time it was already 1.45pm and people were hungry. After commenting to waiter staff we were told we could get up. In my opinion and others on vessels it was not organised or controlled as to how people were getting told to get up and get their meal. I personally rang the company who was running the service and was told that's not on them if people get up twice. I totally understand that but their staff were not experienced or organised to have it flowing properly so everyone got up and were given their meals while others were getting seconds & thirds.
