Start your fun filled day with a coach transfer to Freshwater Station to board the historic Kuranda Scenic Rail, one of the most unique rail journeys in Australia. Enjoy the views as this famous railway winds its way to Kuranda, passing spectacular waterfalls and into the beautiful Barron Gorge. Once you arrive in Kuranda, take some time to explore this charming Village, with its Markets and boutique shops. It's a great place to find that special souvenir or just soak up the unique atmosphere of this Village in the Rainforest.

Depart Kuranda at 12.15pm and relax in air-conditioned comfort as you're transported by luxury coach to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures for an afternoon of fun and wildlife! Our driver guide will provide interesting commentary along the way, and the scenery, as you descend the rainforest clad Kuranda Range and then along the Great Barrier Reef drive is sensational. Once you arrive at Hartley’s, you have plenty of time to explore this award-winning park.

In July 2026, Skyrail Rainforest Cableway will commence works on an upgrade project. With plans to replace the existing cableway infrastructure and all gondolas, improving the accessibility of Skyrail, as well as providing a quieter, smoother, and enhanced rainforest experience for visitors. During this time, there will be changes to how the tour operates

Definitely worth it.

Really enjoyed our trip out to Hartleys. So much to do and see. The guides and staff at the attractions were really knowledgeable and fun, making the tours and shows all the more enjoyable. Lots of down to earth bogan Aussie jokes as to be expected from FNQ lol. The crocs are pretty impressive. Down Under Tours take us up there and back and it was all great and super smooth. Really enjoyable.
