Glide across the turquoise waters of the Whitsundays on a guided half day kayaking adventure from Airlie Beach. After your courtesy bus drops you off at Shute Harbour, you'll paddle over vibrant fringing coral reefs and weave between tropical islands. Your knowledgeable guide will share stories of the region's rich marine and birdlife. Keep an eye out for sea turtles surfacing nearby and sea eagles soaring overhead, and from July to September, you may even spot majestic humpback whales on their annual migration.
Pause at a secluded beach or island to swim, snorkel or simply soak in the views. At White Rock, refresh with a fruit and cheese platter before an easy paddle back through the island studded coastline. With cold drinks and light snacks provided, there's time to relax, learn and connect with nature, making this a memorable way to experience the Whitsundays from the water.
