See a dazzling spectacle of crystal formations at the biggest show cave in Western Australia, Jewel Cave. Explore three massive chambers characterised by stunning helictites, cave coral, huge stalagmites and more, and hear stories of the now-extinct Tasmanian Tigers that fell inside.

What's included?

  • One hour guided tour

Enter an underground wonderland of crystal-encrusted caves during this guided tour of Jewel Cave. The cave is Western Australia's largest show cave, with three massive chambers of enchanting beauty to explore. Gaze in awe as you pass by a dazzling visual display of some of nature's finest work, like delicate helictites, cave coral, stalagmites and beautiful flowstone. Along the way, you will also hear stories of the now-extinct thylacines, or more commonly known as Tasmanian Tigers, that fell into the cave and have been safely preserved for more than 3000 years. A skeleton of a thylacine is on display in the Jewel Cave centre. A short stroll through the forest above the cave takes you to the fascinating original entrance to the cave.

  • This experience is one hour in duration
  • Tours departs every hour from 9:30am to 3:30pm
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to tour departure
  • Not available Christmas Day
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult
  • A moderate level of fitness is required as you must be able to walk up and down stairs
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The tour requires a minimum of two adult participants to go ahead.

The experience is not affected by the weather.

Wow what an amazing experience. Our tour guide was great very knowledgeable and gave us all a educational experience especially for ky kids. We have been travelling Australia fulltime for 2 years and it's the best Guided tour we have experienced. Highly reccomend this experience the Caves were amazing.
