Safety induction and training session

This is the only 'no licence required' jet ski operator in NSW! Following an experienced guide, charge along the picturesque Hawkesbury River on your own jet ski as you weave your way past Peat Island, Milson Island and around Bar Island before making your way up to Spencer. The river is home to an abundance of local wildlife including fish, ducks, river hens, pelicans, herons, ibises and spoonbills, so keep your eyes peeled. Suitable for both speed demons and first timers, this is an exhilarating experience not to be missed!

Session Length

This experience is 90 minutes in duration
Available seven days a week
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before tour start time for off water training and induction. Late arrivals may need to be moved to another booking
This experience does not operate in the winter months. Next available date will be end of September

Guidelines

No licence or experience necessary
Minimum passenger age is 7 years old and at least 125cm tall
Minimum driver age is 12 years old but must have a consenting adult on the ski with them
16 and 17 years olds can drive alone but require proof of age and parental consent must be signed at the marina
Participants must complete the safety induction, follow the guides' instructions and follow the law
Participants must remain with the tour group

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

In times where the weather conditions force the cancellation of a tour, a full refund will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.

Other Info

Fuel Surcharge: Due to the ongoing increases and volatility in fuel prices, we unfortunately can no longer absorb the full cost of fuel for our tours. As a result, a small fuel surcharge will apply to bookings to help cover these increased operating costs. The current surcharge amounts are based on tour duration and are as follows: 30 Minute Tours: $10 per jet ski 1.5 Hour Tours: $20 per jet ski 2.5 Hour Tours: $30 per jet ski This surcharge applies to all new bookings made from the date of implementation. For existing future bookings, customers may be contacted to advise of the surcharge prior to their tour date. Jet Ski Safaris NSW reserves the right to adjust, remove, or amend the fuel surcharge at any time in response to changes in fuel costs. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

My husband and I had the best time. Great location, we were lucky to have a sensational weather. The jetskis were in fantastic condition. Instructions were very clear and helpful and 110% looked after our safety and well-being. 90 mins was just the right amount of time. Highly recommend as an experience. Little tip: wear shoes on the pontoon as it gets extremely hot on your feet if a very hot day! Also loved the instructors made sure photos were taken.

Bought this for my hubby’s 40th birthday. So much fun. Super easy to drive them. Amazing scenery and the guides were very calm and took great pictures! Definitely book for at least 90 minutes. Any less and you would be left wanting more! Brooklyn is beautiful too.

Awesome experience - very thorough safety briefing, welcoming and professional staff and wonderful fun out on the water. We did this with our teenagers - can highly recommend as a family activity with a bit of adrenaline and difference.

Instructors were great and it was a fun small group with some brief history of the area given. Perfect for someone who wants to try Jet Ski in a controlled environment. Only Con is that the Jet Skis are locked on training mode and will not go above 68Km p/h. Only worth booking as a nice day out rather than exhilirating adventure.
