Tackle one of the best experiences on Sydney Harbour then head out to the open seas. Buckle up and get ready to get wet! Your skipper will ease you into this thrilling experience by reaching high speeds and performing gently manoeuvres to ease you in... Then watch out for the handle signals as they crank it up a gear and perform high-speed spins and breaks. Travel past the Opera House, harbour islands and under the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge before heading out past the headlands to ride the ocean swells. On the way back take in Watson's Bay, Taronga Zoo and Luna Park. Be prepared to get wet though - this adrenalin-inducing ride isn't for the faint-hearted!

Session Length

This experience lasts 45 minutes and is available at 12:30pm daily. This experience is available every day of the year except Christmas day. Please ensure you arrive at the wharf location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Guidelines

* All passengers must meet the minimum height requirement of 120cm * Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult * Passengers, who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions and/or any other pre-existing conditions or injuries must not ride.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The jet boats can carry 23 passengers per boat.

Weather

This experience operates in light rain and windy conditions. If weather conditions are hazardous, as determined by the experience provider your adventure may be rescheduled.

* This experience involves getting wet to a certain degree * You will be provided with a waterproof poncho * Casual comfortable clothing is recommended, no high heels * A storage locker is available for personal items

[Employee of redballoon] This was a fantastic experience and really fun to do with workmates. I'm a local and had previously thought this was just for tourists. However as a group, we had an awesome time with great music and splashes on the harbour on a beautiful day. Perfect for team building with tons of laughs! Definitely recommend if you live in sydney and have never done it before. Hot tip, wear the ponchos.

Really fun way to see the harbour and have fun!

Seeing the harbour from the boat while getting spun around and soaking wet, with fun music playing to make the experience even better! Great way to spend an hour and have fun. If you're planning on doing something after, prepare for wet hair and bring a change of clothes!

The thunder jet boat was amazing. I bought it for my partner as a Christmas gift and he loved it! The staff were lovely and helpful and the driver was great! He played some great tunes whilst informing us about our location and gave some great activity tips to do in Sydney

Nothing can explain the thrill of racing around Sydney Harbour at top speed and then coming to a dead stop facing the other direction and getting drenched. BLOODY UNBELIEVABLE. Our driver ADZY was excellent and a master at his skills, he actually enjoys his day at work. An exhilarating feeling never to be forgotten. All the staff were excellent beyond expectations. The music added to the atmosphere
