Discover the picture-perfect Jervis Bay during this magical guided kayak tour. You will meet in Huskisson at 7:45am to get fitted into the appropriate sea kayak and to receive a briefing on safety procedures, equipment and the area. Once on the water, you'll practice some basic strokes before setting off into the idyllic Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park. Glide across the crystalline waters for a relaxing 1.5 hours, uncovering hidden coves and bays before stopping over at a snow-white sandy beach. As your guide prepares a delicious morning tea, take the opportunity to dip into the crystal clear waters and mingle with the colourful marine life or simply relax on the pristine sands. Rejuvenate with cake, fruit, biscuits, coffee, juice and teas before heading back out onto the water for the return home. Remember to keep watch for local wildlife like dolphins, seals and penguins as you paddle.

Please allow five hours in total for this experience, including three hours of paddling time.

Participants must be 15 years and over
Please advise if you are over 190cm tall or 105kg so the appropriate equipment can be brought

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

The provider reserves the right to cancel this experience due to poor weather if they decide the conditions unsafe for kayaking. A full credit with them will be issued under these circumstances.

Dress Code

Please bring a hat, sunglasses, shoes that you don't mind getting wet like thongs, sandals or old runners and comfortable clothing for outdoor activities.

This experience takes place in Jervis Bay, NSW. The starting location will depend on the wind forecast for the given day.

Dane delivered 100%...it was such fun, never felt unsafe, good knowledge on surroundings and delicious homebaked cookies too besides other things for morning tea. A really well spent time.

All excellent. I think that demanding at least 50 characters for this review which is far too long anyway, is extremely poor consideration for your customers. I will now reduce my earlier scores for Red Ballonn. The kayaking was perfect but this success was nothing to do with Red Balloon.

An unforgettable experience. Wonderful!

An unforgettable experience and far surpassed all my expectations. At 75 I was somewhat nervous about my ability to handle he whole experience and expectations but I need not have worried. Dane, out guide was amazing and looked after us all instilling confidence and reassurance. The tour along the shores of Jervis Bay was stunning and we were even entertained by a pod of dolphins playing along the way. Morning tea on one of the white sands beaches was a welcome rest and we all had a swim. Most definitely recommend this adventure.

It was awesome. The guide new well how the wind works in the area and accommodated our meeting point so we could have flat seas during the whole tour. It was just like gliding over crystal clear water. We even saw dolphins which was the highlight of the tour for many as they were swimming next to us. The morning tea was delicious special the home made cookies. Epic adventure.

Dane was so lovely! Highly recommend if you are visiting jervis. Dane was so welcoming and acknowledged all 8 of us by our names which was very sweet. Before we started kayaking, he gave us clear instructions on how to kayak. Right after dipping in the ocean, he provided us with delicious coffee, cake and homemade cookies make by his partner. We got to see a seal swimming in the middle of the ocean. The whole trip was very wholesome! The water was so clear and blue 😍 Will definitely come back!!

We've been coming to Jervis Bay for years, but finally decided to get out on the ocean with Sea Kayak Jervis Bay, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The scenery and sights are, of course, incredible: birds, beaches, and nature. Dane tour guide, though, makes this a complete experience. Not only was he personable, knowledgeable, and professional, he also helped novices like us feel totally at ease on the water. We'll definitely be coming back for more ocean adventures in the future! Highly recommend.

What a humbling experience witnessing multiple pods of dolphins, sea eagles and an informative tour w/ Dane along the Bay. From the minute we arrived Dane was on hand to answer any questions, provide tips and information on activities we can do after the kayaking. The water was turquoise with great visibility of the reef below. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who’s looking to be awe inspired.
