The website customer service is Poor

Jackie 25 December 2024

Customer service told me I don’t need to know how to drive a manual car to learn the drifting experience. Told otherwise when I got there. Be careful what you buy!

Customer Experience

Hi Jackie, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you received incorrect information when speaking with our team. We do advise in the guidelines of this experience that confidence with driving a manual car is required. We hope you were still able to enjoy your drive.

Drift Car Thrill Ride - 8 laps - Sydney

Tina 23 September 2023

This experience was fantastic for anyone who likes speed and a bit of adrenalin. The company was run efficiently, the drivers were a good blend of professional and a bit of banter, and overall I had a really great time.

Fast fun ride!

Lisa 28 August 2023

The 2 seater ride was fun. The car was much smaller than I imagined it would be. The track is not the most exciting to drive as it’s pretty much a square with a couple extra corners on one side. I’m around 5’5” and there was no where i could push my feet against to brace for the very hard and intense corner braking leaving me to only use my hands on a small metal handlebar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and they were busy too. I would recommend to others.

The Drift experience was a blast!

Cassandra 6 August 2023

What an absolute adrenalin rush. The event was organised very well and I found all the staff to be extremely pleasant. The two drivers that took me out were friendly, very chatty and also just genuinely good fun. They made the experience a blast. I was a tad cautious, but ended up screaming, cheering and whooping the whole time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Drift Car Thrill Ride was an awesome experience
