Take a seat and gaze out at the city’s skyline as you are treated to an unforgettable dining experience at Infinity Restaurant. Helmed by Head Chef Guillaume Gritteret, choose from a variety of dishes all celebrating the diversity of contemporary Australian cuisine, marrying the finest local produce with international ingredients and flavours.

Entree - Your choice of:

• Whipped soy tofu, roasted onion, black fungus & shiitake, dashi, radish, nasturtium (vg)
• Goat cheese parfait, Australian asparagus, rolled slaw, confit tomato (v)
• Abrolhos island scallops, peas, Australian asparagus, vegetables, scampi caviar, Coppa
• Albany Akoya, brioche, lobster essence, soy & sesame, karkalla, sea grapes
