Designed to support your physical and emotional well-being, this one-hour multi-sensory session blends sound and vibration in a deeply immersive journey.

Recline on a heated waterbed as low-frequency vibrations massage your body at a cellular level, easing tension, boosting circulation, and encouraging deep relaxation. It's a grounding experience that invites you to fully unwind and reconnect.

Session Length

Please allow 90 minutes for the total duration of this experience
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience start time
Multi-sensory session is one hour in duration
Available Tuesday and Thursday at 10am, 12pm, 4.30pm and 6.30pm
Available Friday, Monday and Wednesday at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm

Participants must be 18 years of age to participate
This experience is not for those who are pregnant, under the influence, have epilepsy, heart conditions or psychosis

This experience is only accessible via one flight of stairs

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience

What an experience!!

[Employee of redballoon] This was my first time experiencing a frequency sound bath and I will be back!! From the start to finish the care that our instructor put in was next level. I made an error with my booking and they were extremely accommodating in finding a way for me to still attend. The sound bath itself took me out of my head and left me feeling energised and rejuvenated. This is an experience that everyone should attend

[Employee of redballoon] It was incredible - you lay on water beds, with soft strobe lighting on closed eyes with live calming music using sound bowls and gongs. It was honestly the best way to clear the head and completely reset. Definitely recommend it!

A transporting experience

[Employee of redballoon] I experienced the 'Earth' sound healing session and I could never have imagined such an immersive and powerful moment. All your senses are activated and the technology used is incredible. You're placed on a water bed, you have individual speakers, and they use very specific lights to enhance it all. I felt transported to another place and it has been a real reset for my mind and body. Honestly, you have to try it to understand! Plus, the place is very clean, cosy and relaxing. Don't hesitate!
