I can’t recommend this tour enough, it was fantastic. Jimmy is an excellent guide and amazing cook. We started the day in the fish markets, and Jimmy let us know where to get the best produce, which he purchased a selection of to cook for the group through out the day. The winery’s are small and Jimmy clearly has a good relationship with them. The wine and food pairings were perfect, and everyone was very satisfied. There are plenty of things I’ve left out, but do yourself a favour book a tour and find out for yourself.
