The hot springs was unbelievably amazing!!!

This experience was absolutely beautiful, i booked one for my partner through red balloon and another one for me on their website- they had no issue merging the two so we can have the private bathe together. The service there was amazing, very informative and ran us through everything as it was our first time. I will definitely be here again!!❤️ thank you to Red Balloon & Peninsula Hot Springs staff members for making this experience so wonderful

I loved this experience. The whole time we were relaxed and exploring the place. Having the lavander milk private bath was the cherry on top, as it was something we hadn’t done before. Definitely worth doing!

Arrived not knowing what to expect and received fabulous customer service - explained everything and combined my redballon voucher with my friend paying separately to have the private bathing experience together easily with no fuss. Would 100% come back.

Disappointing that we did not have full access

I was a little disappointed in the lack of communication regarding not having access to the public bath area. I had booked a Spa Dreaming Centre (which is a premium price) with the expectation that I could have access to the public bathing areas as well. It was very disappointing and makes me reluctant to recommend anyone returning to the Peninsula Hot Springs, especially at the price I paid.
