• Please allow four hours in total for this experience, from check in to breakfast, including a one hour flight
• Please meet approximately 45 minutes before sunrise
• Flights operate Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Availability limited in June and July

• Two ticket options available, Flexi ticket and Flight ticket
• Flight tickets are non refundable
• Minimum age is seven years
• Passengers need to be able to climb into the basket, and stand for the hour's flight
• Customers should advise of any medical condition that may preclude them from flying such as serious knee, hip or back problems, recent surgeries or broken bones
• Maximum weight of 140kg per passenger
• Passengers can not fly if pregnant
• The supplier may not respond to booking requests received within 48 hours
• This is not a private tour

Flexi Ticket

• The Flexi Ticket option can be rescheduled to another date in the event of a weather cancellation
• An admin fee may apply to any cancellations before your flight date, but this ticket cannot be cancelled/rescheduled within 72 hours of your flight time

Flight Ticket, Non Refundable

• The Flight Ticket option is non refundable
• The Flight Ticket option can be rescheduled to another date in the event of a weather cancellation but is NON REFUNDABLE in the event of a weather cancellation or under any other circumstances
• With this ticket type you cannot cancel or reschedule your flight within 72 hours of your flight time

This voucher is valid for two participants with a minimum of four people per flight.

In the case of windy, wet or foggy weather the flight may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion. The pilot usually confirms if the flight can proceed during the passenger phone check in the night prior to the flight. The exact meeting time for the flight is provided at this time.

Casual comfortable clothing such as jeans and sneakers are recommended.
