Hot Air Balloon Flight with Breakfast in Melbourne - 1 Hour

• This experience is approximately four hours in duration, from check in to the sparkling wine breakfast
• The hot air balloon flight is approximately one hour in duration
• Flight times vary with sunrise and are confirmed by the experience provider the night before, with participants meeting approximately 90 minutes prior to sunrise.

• Minimum age is 6 years
• A minimum level of fitness is required
• Participants must be able to climb into the basket and stand for the duration of the flight
• Participants must advise the experience provider of any medical condition that may prevent them from flying, such as a back problem
• This experience is not suitable for women who are more than 12 weeks pregnant
• Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances
• A flight confirmation email is sent once the booking is confirmed, and it is the participant's responsibility to follow up with the experience provider if it is not received before the flight date
• Bookings close at 4pm for the following day, and any booking requested after this time will not be confirmed or valid
• Flights are usually confirmed the night before and may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion in windy or wet weather
• If a flight is cancelled, participants have 12 months to rebook, and the experience is not refundable or exchangeable

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 participants travel in the basket.

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled.

Participants should wear casual and comfortable clothing such as jeans with flat closed shoes, as high heels and open toed shoes are not permitted, and bring a hat and a camera, with waterproof clothing preferable.
