If you are feeling up for it, you can help with the inflation and deflation of the balloon. Once aboard, you'll gently take off and witness the sun rise above the horizon and suburbs come to life below. Weather plays an important role in balloon flights. The pilot has the ultimate decision on the morning of the flight and cancellations are for your safety or to comply with regulations. Reasons to cancel are normally strong winds, rain or low visibility conditions.
Practical outdoor clothes and appropriate footwear. The fields could be wet and you don't want cold or wet feet! Bring a change of shoes and socks if necessary. Bring a cap or a hat to protect your head from heat of the burners. Don't wear your best clothes, you might get a little dirty on packing the balloon away.
