Session Length

This experience is a half day in duration
The flight time portion of this experience is 60 minutes in duration
Available daily as early as 4.15am to 6.30pm
The departure time varies according to the sunrise, the experience provider will confirm the exact time
This experience is seasonally available from November to April

Guidelines

Minimum age is six years old
Children between six and 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
Maximum wight of 130 kilograms, participants exceeding this must contact the experience provider in advance
Passengers must have the mobility to climb in and out of the basket with little assistance
You will not be allowed to participate if you have been scuba diving in the previous 24 hours
Pregnant participants are not able to partake in the experience
This is not a private experience, there will be others in the hot air balloon with you
The experience provider will confirm the time of the flight the night before

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Minimum of eight participants per flight.

Spectators

Spectators are permitted to watch takeoff.

Weather

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Dress Code

Please wear practical outdoor clothes and appropriate footwear. Bring a change of shoes and socks if necessary. Bring a cap or a hat to protect your head from heat of the burners.

Absolutely wonderful experience

Is was such a magical experience floating over my local area and seeing my habitat from a whole different perspective. The Team from Liberty Balloons were brilliant and the breakfast that followed at Rydges Geelong was fabulous also
