Hot Air Balloon Flight - Gold Coast

• The flight is approximately 40 minutes to one hour in duration, depending on the weather on the day
• Available seven days a week
• Flight departure times vary between 3am and 5am depending on the time of the year
• Departure times are subject to change depending on the dawn time

• Children must be at least three years old to fly
• Participants under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult
• Passengers who have significant knee, hip or back problems must consult with the pilot prior to their flight
• Please reconfirm your booking with the experience provider within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
• Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of the operator's control
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have received booking confirmation details of your flight
• Please contact the experience provider immediately after your purchase and the day prior to your flight date to ensure you have all the correct details of your flight such as flight time and pick up time

Extras

• Five star buffet breakfast can be added for $30 per person (optional)

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• A rebooking fee of $25 will be charged and cancellation fee of $50 with be retained

In the case of unsuitable weather the flight may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion. Please let the experience provider know if you require weather information prior to the balloon ride.

Please wear warm clothing and sturdy shoes.
