Take on 100 sky-high challenges and 12 ziplines stretched across eight acres of pristine rainforest. Hang about in the trees, climb the ladders, balance on the suspended bridges and race down flying foxes. There's five epic courses to tackle, ranging from easy to extreme.

Whether your goal is to face your fear of heights or simply enjoy a fun day in the open air, this high ropes adventure course will satisfy. This unique experience located right next to the iconic Big Pineapple allows thrill seekers and nature enthusiasts to explore Australia’s unique landscape. Climb ladders, teeter across walkways and cross suspended bridges as you navigate your way deeper into the park, at more than 25 metres above the ground. Feel the adrenalin as you soar across to your next obstacle on one of 12 flying foxes, with some spanning 120 metres long! The courses become increasingly difficult as you climb higher into the canopy, which means that you can find the right level to suit you. The first two courses are easy and designed for everyone in the family. Qualified instructors are placed all over the park to ensure safety and you can complete each circuit at your own speed. All you need to bring is closed in shoes and a dare devil attitude!

This experience is part of the Responsible range because they are ECO certified by Ecotourism Australia.

Max Weight Limit: 120kg

Guidelines

Suitable for ages 8+
Minimum height requirement: Participants must be able to reach 160cm to the palm of your hands stretched above your head
To access the Black levels, participants must purchase an Adult ticket and be able to reach 180cm with the palm of your hand stretched above your head
Maximum weight is 120kg
Harnesses have a maximum diameter of 120cm
Please note, parental supervision is required during the entirety of the session

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

Instructors are placed all over the course so the participants are monitored at every stage of the course. Other participants will be on the course at the same time, however it is designed for each person to go at their own pace.

Spectators

Spectators are able to watch Free of Charge

Weather

This experience operates in all weather conditions, except lighting storms or high winds. In this case you will be offered to reschedule for a later date.

Dress Code

Must have closed in shoes and shorts/leggings suitable for wearing a harness.

Location

This experience takes place in Woombye and stretches through eight acres of incredible rainforest right next to the iconic Big Pineapple structure.

I am only 148cm and 81 years old, but managed the (beginners course) at the Sunshine Coast. My son went ahead of me and called back helpful hints. It was terrifying and empowering all at once. So very glad I did it. Now I deserve to be called SuperGran.

We went to tree tops for the first time on our vacation. It was so fun from start to finish. Plenty for every ability to experience. Very challenging courses for the more experienced. Safety first and foremost and staff on the different courses were really helpful and ready to assist. I would recommend this for families looking for a unique adventure.

The course was so pretty and a great day out for my daughter and I. Will definitely go again but will avoid holidays as there was a lot of waiting. That was the only let down and perhaps numbers should be capped at a lower amount. Otherwise, it was great.

We were hesitant because there was tons of rain forecast during our booking but it turned out to be perfect because we had few other people on the courses so we could dash around at high speed. Highly recommended!

Treetops high rope

My family received a gift for Xmas a couple of years ago. We finally got around to doing it and I have no idea why we waited so long! It was so much fun! The instructors are incredibly good at their job and you can tell how much they love their job. We had a 14 year old, two 18 year olds and a 47 year old. They all loved this experience!

What an amazing adventure! Lovely team with a very thorough safety check to make sure we were equipped to conquer the course. A super fun challenge for those seeking a thrill and it comes with cool breezes in the shades of the beautiful trees on hot days. We loved loved loved our High Ropes and Flying Fox Challenge. Definitely recommend! 😍

The treetops challenge at the Sunshine Coast is set up very well, they have heaps of obstacles to try for different skill levels and the zip lines are so much fun!! We spent over two hours working through the courses, and the staff were very helpful making sure we went across the right tracks on each level.

Absolutely brilliant - such fun. Range of courses to suit different levels, staff were terrific, friendly helpful and so encouraging. Highly recommend - was the support crew for a couple of teen boys this time and will happily go back again (and do myself).
