Set on a spectacular property near the Yarra River, this hands-on cooking class can't get much more picturesque. Guided by the best of the best, you'll learn how enjoyable cooking can really be as you create a three course Italian meal using fresh, seasonal produce from the Yarra Valley. After all the cooking, you'll sit down together and savour the fruits of your labour paired with a glass of Yarra Valley wine. Sit back with an Italian espresso coffee afterwards, and reflect on a job well done! All the recipes will be provided so you won't have any trouble harnessing your new skills at home.

Important information

  • This experience is four hours in duration
  • These banquet classes are run on Saturdays 9.00am-1.00pm, but private lessons are available at other times if you like
  • The recipes vary depending on the class that you attend
  • Suitable for beginners
  • Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking
  • Participants must be over the age of 18 to consume alcohol and must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start day of your experience.
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience. In some cases we may allow rescheduling, however a $50 rebooking charge will apply.
  • If you are unable to attended, the experience is fully transferrable to someone else to attend on the day.
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience.

Classes will have up to 8 people.
