Step into the world of precision driving with a high energy Drift Essentials experience led by a professional stunt driver and MAD MAX stunt double, Eugene Arendsen, alongside an expert coaching team. Designed as an introduction to the art of drifting, this experience offers the perfect balance of exhilaration, skill building and unforgettable storytelling moments.
Your day begins with a comprehensive safety briefing before meeting the instructors and settling into a purpose built drift car. From there, you’ll learn the fundamentals, understanding vehicle feel, mastering controlled slides and building confidence with every manoeuvre. As the session progresses, techniques become more refined, allowing you to experience the thrill of drifting from the driver’s seat with expert guidance at every turn. The day concludes with a short Driftkhana course, where you’ll combine everything learned into one final, heart pounding run.
You will be assigned a vehicle on the day with an instructor. The car is shared with three of four participants.
Spectators are more than welcome to attend, please ensure you bring along a spare chair as seating is limited to drivers. Spectators may also want to bring food in case the canteen in closed. Spectators can take photography at the experience, providing they do not go on the driver area.
In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider either the night before or morning of the event with the phone number provided in the booking.
Bring your booking confirmation for this experience. On hot and sunny days, it's recommended to also bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. Please wear long pants, long sleeve shirt and closed-toe shoes while in the vehicle.
