Be enchanted by a two and a half hour Gulf Country stargazing experience in Moungibi (Burketown). Explore the vast open sky with your local Gangalidda guide from the culturally significant arterial salt pans of the lower Gulf region at night. Using state of the art telescopes, gaze at the Milky Way in its purest form, with uninterrupted views from this spectacular location.
Under a blanket of stars, hear the Yaliya (sky) stories and Dreamtime tales shared by your guide, offering a cultural interpretation of the universe through the changing cycles of the moon. This small group experience also includes complimentary light snacks and hot drinks to keep you warm and refreshed.
