Wander through parts of the historic site not typically open to the public as you uncover the craft behind some of the nation’s most iconic beers. Along the way, your guide will share how Cascade has evolved over the decades, blending heritage with brewing innovation.
Begin your journey at The Mill, then step behind the scenes of this storied site before wrapping up with a 15 minute tasting paddle of four refreshing Cascade beers. Afterwards, soak up the relaxed atmosphere and take your time in the heritage beer garden, surrounded by beautifully kept grounds with stunning kunanyi/Mount Wellington views.
The guided tour runs for 1 hour plus 15 minutes for the tasting.
