Only minutes from Hobart’s city centre, the Cascade Brewery experience invites you to explore the story behind Australia’s oldest operating brewery on a one hour tour. Wander through parts of the historic site not typically open to the public as you uncover the craft behind some of the nation’s most iconic beers. Along the way, your guide will share how Cascade has evolved over the decades, blending heritage with brewing innovation.
Begin your journey at The Mill, then step behind the scenes of this storied site before wrapping up with a 15 minute tasting paddle of four refreshing Cascade beers. Afterwards, soak up the relaxed atmosphere and take your time in the heritage beer garden, surrounded by beautifully kept grounds with stunning kunanyi/Mount Wellington views.
The guided tour runs for 1 hour plus 15 minutes for the tasting.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
