Departing from Port Douglas, this full day tour explores two World Heritage listed areas; the Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. Travelling in luxurious air-conditioned touring vehicles, experience the tranquillity and the awesome splendour of the Mossman Gorge, stroll along wold famous Cape Tribulation beach and cruise the mighty Daintree River as you search for the infamous estuarine crocodile. Enjoy a restaurant lunch with a tropical rainforest backdrop and swim in a pristine rainforest stream. The guides are the best in their field, possessing an extraordinary knowledge and appreciation for the cultural, historical and biological significance of the area. They will provide amazing photo opportunities and a lifetime of memories await in the oldest continual surviving rainforest in the world.

Session Length

  • Tours depart at 7.15am
  • Tours return to Port Douglas at approximately 5pm


  • Children must be aged 4 years or over
  • Please advise of any medical or dietary conditions when booking
  • Walking is on well-maintained, flat boardwalk or beach; a basic level of mobility is required


Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy:

  • 50% cancellation fee within 18 hours of departure
  • 100% cancellation fee within 12 hours of departure

Numbers on the Day

There is no minimum number of participants. There is a maximum of 11 guests.


The tour runs in all weather - umbrellas and ponchos are available on board in the event of rain.
