Soaking up the rich 160 year history and informative commentary, as you learn about the traditional methods and cutting edge production technology used. Uncovering the proud legacy that has been carried over six generations, with tales dating back to 1862, when Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of ale.

Round out your immersive brewery tour with a 30 minute guided beer tasting. Sampling five iconic brews, including a limited edition taproom exclusive. Tasting the quality and flavours renowned to Coopers beer first hand and concluding your experience on a refreshing note. Fabulous tour of a South Australian iconic

For anyone in or visiting Adelaide with even the remotest interest in beer, I can highly recommend the 1 1/2hr tour of Coopers Brewery. It was interesting, with the history of Coopers iconic industry, as well as the specifics of brewing here in Adelaide being delivered by knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were amazed at just how big, and modern, the operation is. At the end of the tour we were treated to a generous-sized tasting of 6 different brews, with each being described in detail. We would also recommend, should you do the 10.30am tour, staying for lunch in their large and welcoming restaurant (and we were able to take our leftover tasting beers there with us), where the food was excellent and the service friendly, professional and efficient.
