Whether you’re brand new to stand up paddle boarding or you're a seasoned SUP’er, you'll enjoy this fun tour exploring the pristine waterways of the Noosa River in a relaxed, group environment. Learn the basics or refine your technique with the help of an experienced coach.

Ever wondered what all the fuss is about when it comes to stand up paddle boarding? Here is your chance to give it a crack! Or maybe you’re an old hat at SUP’ing and that’s how you get your fitness in? Whatever your experience level, you’ll enjoy exploring Noosa’s beautiful scenery in a fun, group class aboard a stand up paddle board! Your experienced instructor can teach you the basics or help you refine your technique depending on your skill level, but most of all you're guaranteed to have a ball out on the water!

Important information

  • This experience runs for 90 minutes
  • Group classes run daily at 9am, 11am and 3pm

Suitable for all ages and experience levels. Some comfort with being in the water and swimming ability is recommended.

  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Swimwear, or comfortable clothing whihc you are happy to get wet. Please remember to bring water and sunscreen.

Had a great morning paddling around Noosa!

This is something I have always wanted to do, but was afraid I would be unable to. James and the crew were amazing and friendly. They created an atmosphere that was welcoming and inclusive, as I went by myself. The venue was perfect and the equipment was in great condition. I had the time of my life and I am already planning my next trip back. Cannot recommend this enough! Any skill level can do it.
