Strap in for a fun-filled adventure on this Gold Coast double combo for two. Kick off the experience with a tandem parasail over Broadbeach. Enjoy bird's eye views of the coast and lush green hinterland 400 feet above the sea on what is the Gold Coast's highest parasail. Next up, you'll be zipping along Broadwater, a known estuary stretching from Southport in the south all the way to Moreton Bay Marine Park and the golden sands of South Stradbroke Island in the north. This half hour guided jet ski safari will have you zooming through grassy waters filled with dolphins, turtles and fish. You might also get the chance to meet a golden wallaby, one of the more unusual residents on South Stradbroke Island. Please note package includes 1 Jet Ski shared amongst two participants.

Session Length

Allow approximately two hours for the whole experience
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the booked time

Restrictions

Jetski drivers must read, write and speak English for the safety induction to be completed.

Guidelines

Participants are required to sign a waiver
Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Must be eight years or older and accompanied by an adult for parasailing
Must be 16 years or older to operate the jetski
Minimum total weight 65kg, maximum total weight 200kg for both activities
Valid photo ID and credit/debit card used for payment required upon checkin

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This experience requires a minimum of four participants.

Spectators

Parasailing observer seats are available for purchase on the day, subject to availability.

Weather

This experience is weather dependant. Wind and weather restrictions may apply which could result in rescheduling or cancellation due to safety precautions.

Dress Code

Casual dress code including swimwear applies.

Other Info

Please be aware your parasailing or Jet Ski activity may be cancelled or rescheduled due to minimum operating numbers or bad weather conditions that could affect your safety. A $10 fuel surcharge fee is included in the total price, for the Jet Ski tour.

I booked times with red balloon, and planned our holiday accordingly. Only to be told that those times were not available as they were "fully booked." I was given alternative times and had to change our plans. I arrived on time, only to be told that there had been a miscommunication an those times were not available either as they were "fully booked" again. What was initially supposed to be a morning of fun family fun turned out to be a day of torture. I hated the experience.

We had a great time jet skiing and parasailing. It would have been good if both people got to trial steering/driving the jet ski in the calm water before the second person having to do their trial out in rough water. Parasailing was great. So peaceful when up in the air - would be nice to be up there longer.

The tandem Parasailing and JetSki safari review

My experience firstly with the tandem parasailing was excellent ! We were guided in what we needed to do to make the trip safe and to ensure our safety throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately, our JetSki safari experience was never lived. We couldn’t make our session time and the company couldn’t refund nor re-place the date or session time. Overall I rated this experience a 2 star, it was fairly expensive and we practically lost most of our money in the JetSki safari as we were not aloud to re-book. The parasailing was absolutely worth while!
