• Please allow six hours in total for this experience, including transfers
• Flight duration is 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the winds
• Hotel collection is available between 4am and 5am

• Minimum age of three years old
• Participants aged three to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• Persons aged 13 to 17 may participate in the flight solo but must have a responsible adult present for the duration of the tour
• Women 12 weeks pregnant and over are not able to participate
• Participants must be willing and able to manage steps, climb into the basket and stand for the duration of the flight
• Participants with medical conditions or accessibility requirements should consult with a doctor prior to booking
• Handbags, backpacks and other carry bags are not allowed onboard the air balloon
• Flight participants must not have been diving the previous day
• Participants impaired by alcohol, drugs or prescription medication will not be permitted to fly
• Digital photos will be provided on every flight, however, should the camera fail, no compensation or refund will be given
• Flight times are subject to seasonal changes, specific schedule to be supplied on reservation confirmation
• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol, photo ID may be required
• Please advise of your preferred collection point upon booking

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

This experience is weather dependant. In the event of bad weather, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled.

Please wear long pants, closed toe flat shoes, a jacket, and avoid wearing white clothing. Bring a hat, sunglasses, and a fully charged phone or camera for taking pictures. For flights booked from April to October, it is recommended that you wear additional warm layers.
