Set in Melbourne's bustling Brunswick East, this immersive one hour gin lovers' experience will delight the senses and capture the hearts of any gin enthusiast. With non alcoholic alternatives available, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Starting with a guided distillery tour, you'll gain an insider's look into how each signature blend is crafted. From botanical selection to distillation and production. A chance to see where innovation and tradition meet, learning how both alcoholic and non alcoholic gins are created.
Next, you'll settle into the bar to sample three award winning blends with a guided 15 minute tasting. Appreciating how each botanical interacts and delights your taste buds, as you learn the nuances behind each drop. After your tasting, step behind the bar for a hands on cocktail masterclass. Learning how to craft a signature drink from scratch as you're led by expert bartenders step by step. Mastering the balance of flavours as you shake, stir and layer your concoction. Reaping the rewards of your hard work as you conclude the session by enjoying the drink you've just made. A holistic overview of gin, from creation to consumption, perfect for seasoned spirits enthusiasts and curious minds alike.
