A sensory deprivation tank is perfect for those caught up in a fast-paced, hard-wired world who need to escape and unwind, even for just a little while. What’s more, floatation tanks help the body recover faster from sporting injuries, arthritis, inflammation and more. Here, you will disconnect to reconnect, body and mind.

Important information

Session Length

This experience is 60 minutes in duration
Open seven days a week from 9am-7:30pm

Guidelines

To achieve the full benefits of your float, avoid eating for 1.5 to 2 hours prior
It is advised you avoid smoking just prior to your float to prevent stimulating your mind too much
It is advised you avoid caffeine three hours prior to your float
It is advised advise to go to the toilet on arrival, prior to your float
Avoid shaving your face for 6 hours and your body for 12 hours before you float, as the Epsom Salts will sting any cuts or scratches

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Dress Code

Participant may choose to wear bathers. Participant might need to remove any metal jewellery and contact lenses prior to floating.

Loved it, very relaxing

Had a great time at float lab. Rhiannon made me feel very welcome and informed regarding the float experience. Had a blissful float, emerged very relaxed and enjoyed a lovely cuppa afterwards .Recommend.

Great relaxation and atmosphere

This was purchased for me. At first I was hesitant, but after a stressful year decided it was time to see what Floats were all about. The ladies were very welcoming, the facility was nice and clean and the float itself was great. I’m actually looking forward to going again.

Relaxing Float Tank Experience

Fantastic experience at the Float Lab studio in Wembley. Was really easy to book in with my Red Balloon voucher (booked in 24 hours before). When I arrived the staff member was very welcoming and clearly passionate about her job. As this was my first time using a float tank she took her time explaining the process to ensure I felt at ease and had a wonderful experience. The tank is really spacious, the water is kept at a warm temperature and the gentle music really does help you mellow out. Float lab provide a towel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer and deodorant so you can freshen up and head straight out feeling refreshed.
